You now have to check yourself in at the airport...check yourself out at the Hardware store...supermarkets are trying it too...the shops think that they are now online stores and cut back on stock in their physical locations...the Banks are working away to close all their branches and make us all cashless...technology is fantastic, but it is being used by big business to make their lives easy and profitable...the only time a consumer matters is when they are not buying enough...we are going to end up with massive warehouses...and drones and robot vehicles delivering everything to us in our homes...and no shops or services at all...fantastic...right?
