Has anyone experienced children, being so rude around you & their parents/carers can see what they are doing & they don't make the child to stop? In my opinion, what are as a parent/carer to allow this in the 1st place? If you're sitting in any public transport for example, the child kicks the back seat behind you or throw you their rubbish, just enough to the stage you had enough. You as a person turn your head to speak to the parent/carer & they don't care. This isn't right, children need to get taught to respect other people & that their behaviour is unscaled for. What do you think of the parents/carers allowing this in the 1st place?
