Since Christmas, I no longer received a hard copy of Woolworths catalogue in my letterbox. Whilst I agree with the environmental benefits of not wasting papers, I do miss seeing the hard copy. I know I can go online to look at the weekly specials, like what I have done with Coles for the last 12 months, I find that I actually stopped going to both supermarkets. In the past, the specials in the catalogue would be the main factor for me deciding which supermarket to visit for that week. Now it's out of sight, out of mind. I tend to just go to my greengrocer to buy fruit and vegetables. I only search the online catalogue when I am low in some supplies and checking to see if they are on special. Anyone else feels the same as me? |
