Do you believe that the internet is a possible risk for starting WW3? We hear of occasionally, or read of situations of spying that goes on by some countries, esp by Nations of ... influence, Such as China, Russia, North Korea.
There is only so much our Government Internet security teams.. can do to keep us safe.
Some of these corrupt nations have a lot to gain by spying, and Westernized ..Nations .... like our own are worried!
Spying on on other nations isn't rarely admitted by those doing it.
