At the risk of offending all and sundry, these are my thoughts.
We need a license to own a gun. To drive a car. A license is needed to set up a food business. A license is needed to look after other peoples children both in home and out of home. Medics have to be registered and licensed. Teachers have to be registered and licensed.
Licensed to sell alcohol.
Fishing Licenses.
Marriage Licenses
To name a few ...
Where is it okay for anyone regardless of income, logical and practical thinking, no training to have children without being Licensed?
