I was looking at one of our wonderful retirement "resorts" (they are not called villages anymore...perhaps, so they can charge more...a resort sounds good too doesn't it?...oh I'm just retiring to a RESORT)...the entire place was coloured in shades of beige...EVERYTHING was beige...is this so that residents look around themselves and see everything in Sepia...and it looks like the old photos in their photo albums?...so they feel at home?....or is it that any hint of colour would instantly offend someone?... I would personally find the overall effect very depressing....what were they thinking?..... I would hate it....what do you think?
