There are very few things (and even fewer people), I can truly say that I hate. But one of those things is Political Correctness. It is really one of the Scourges of these times. It's a noxious notion that infects people's minds with rictus fear, at saying what they truly feel. And all for nothing! If we cannot agree to disagree, or debate, with one another - peaceably - then we very quickly lose the art - and the will - to communicate with one another. PC is an insidious assault to the enquiring, growing mind.
