I think i must be daft.. Nothing annoys me more than some stranger on the phone looking for business but using my christian name instead of my title.. Mrs shows much more respect and it would be easier to get me to listen.. Growing up i was always taught to show respect for my elders, even as a grown woman i called aunts and uncles just by that so is it just me?
