Taking vitamins for health. Danger signs abound.

Are you taking vitamins for health reasons? Some experts say that vitamins are useless. We should be able to source essential vitamins from our daily food. Now, however, there are warnings about Vitamin B6 causing peripheral neuropathy in large doses. Should we continue with our regimes or look more closely to check whether we are doing more harm than good? What do you think?
