I see so many Parents/Carers who supposes to look after young children, that they really don't. All they do is play on their phones or other gadgets constantly. Even it comes to crossing the roads. They don't hold their hands, but glare into their phone. This isn't right at look. Now that the warmer weather has approached, kids love water. It takes only a second for a child to drown. People leave kids to do whatever these days. Parents/Carers should be made countable for their actions. It is so heartbreaking when you hear that another child got drowned. What are your thoughts on this? Should Parents/Carers be countable for their actions?
