Sleeping with a snorer sucks!
13-Aug-20
It sounds mean but I steer clear of partners that snore. I don't want to be woken up in the middle of the night by someone gasping for breath. I understand it's not their fault. They can find another partner to put up with it. Have you ever slept with a snorer?

I have been "lucky"! I have "never" slept with a snorer. Then again, my snoring "might" drown out her snoring!

I'm not going to go through partners just to find one that doesn't snore. That's too much effort.

I've slept with the same snorer my parents sleep with: Charlie (Heinz59er, dog), is the loudest sleeper; he snores, farts, barks, yips, grunts, growls, yelps, and even sleepwalks! My parents thought he was possessed the first night he was in the house. But he does like the ladies, and enjoys his nightly cuddles. certainly didn't get much of those in the house he was rescued from (RSPCA save). Making up for it now tho'.

This is the point: you cannot sleep if there is a snorer in bed.

My partner snores badly and I can sleep quite happily. The only time he wakes me is when I'm sick as I become a light sleeper

Yes, my late husband had sleep apnoea and he didn't believe me so I told our GP. He was immediately sent for a sleep study and he had to have a c-pap machine. I married again after he died and sure enough same thing - so this husband has a machine too.

I’m a snorer so I get kicked a lot but I’m quite deaf so I don’t hear the buzz saw next to me. I had to make a recording of it to prove my case. Don’t get kicked as hard now but still just as often...lol
