In some area's of Australia, esp the bigger city's, rental prices are now increasingly getting much worse.
Our Pollies are sitting on their hands doing nothing about it.
I believe rental prices should be really ...capped!.
During Covid-19 last year, there was a moratorium on rental prices, for awhile, but we still have covid in Australia, so
cap the rent!
