I have read in different places that some people believe that they should be paid for helping with their grandkids and these days most families both of the parents to get by and if they have to pay a grandparent to help it sometimes cost too much and the kids miss out.
I do help with my grandkids by doing school drop-offs and after school activities which I enjoy spending time with the grandkids and wouldn't think of making my kids to pay me family helps family
