I called noise control when one of my neighbours was making too much noise at 10:30pm on a Sunday night. They couldn't come to check the site until about a hr later. When they arrived, they didn't do a great job with investigating the noise. They check the front of the home and the noise was at the back... they left in less than 1 min. The neighbours carried on talking and laughing loudly with music in the background through to about 1145pm. It was so disrespectful to all neighbours & we all lost sleep that night. What's your experience, if any?
