We have a section in our local show for collections. I always said I don't have anything. Then started going through things and realized I have at least 3.
My Mother died last year, and somehow I now have around 15 vases that were hers, I also have some of my mothers-in-law and some of my Grandmothers. Ok, that counts as a collection.
I also have a collection of beer mugs, everything from glasses with brands on them to big steins and many pewter ones. Some were Dad's and some hubby's.
The other collection I have is Elephants. We love elephants and started buying them when we were overseas. But I have a friend who now gives me one every year for either for my birthday or Christmas.
