McDonald's restaurants have poor customer service, food usually is cold you get less for what you pay, these self-serve machines to order are ridicule half the time they don't work. The restaurants are always messy. I won't eat inside cause of the filthy. It's not fast food service anymore, should bring it back the way it uses to be. You got your food right away it was fresh and hot, you had to order at the counter and it was good service. They always had workers cleaning the tables and washrooms. More jobs for people, too.
