Discussion of the Day
Is it sensible to have everything we own being made in one country?

America's trade war with China seriously damaged major American companies whose products were made in China ....In Australia, when we speak up for people's rights and freedoms in China or question the actions of the Chinese mainland government...we are met with offensive language and tarrifs on some exported goods...a sensible way for everyone to show their dissatisfaction with China's current behavior would be for all of us to just not buy anything that is made there....it will always cost you more....my new alarm clock is beautiful...parts manufactured in Germany...assembled in Japan..a steal at $80....everything was either made in China or the manufacturer would not tell you its origin.....laziness and greed created our problems...perhaps the rest of the World should start making things again, and take pride in doing so, pay a fair price for them....what do you think?...is it too late already?
