There have a couple examples on Rewardia recently about people talking about hanging themselves, or taking a drug overdose, and when I have shown concern or distress the response is that they are just joking ... or teasing ... I lost one of my best mates to a drug overdose. I wasn't there, I didn't know, and I could not help him. I know two people that I used to chat to and have a laugh with ... who both threw a rope over a pipe in the ceiling and hanged themselves at work (different places, times and countries). I don't know ... is it just me? ... this is never funny ... these are good people that we have lost ... how is that ever funny?
