High vibe VS Low vibe

Are you a high vibe person? Or a low vibe person? Or perhaps somewhere in between? Low vibe activities include negative thinking, eating unhealthy foods and scrolling social media for hours on end. High vibe activities involve fitness, self care and productivity. I try to remain in a high vibe. But I'm human, sometimes I fall flat on my face!
