Is it good to have a retirement age after which one can stop working? This has both good and bad side.
If there is a fixed age for retirement, the younger group can join the workforce and possible contribute better in most cases. However, the experienced person can also contribute special activities which require a lot of experience. For example: when we go to a doctor, particularly for critical illness, we always look for an experienced doctor. Further, retirement compulsory is a type of discrimination based on age.
