Should Covid-19 law breakers be jailed? | ||

Covid-19 reached Australia in March 2020 then it rapidly spread; at which time Daniel Andrews introduced all of the various laws, leading to thousands of people breaking those laws and receiving massive fines; however most of those fines were not paid and Daniel Andrews waivered those unpaid fines. Since then; all these months later Covid-19 is out of control across NSW, which had spread to Victoria, Queensland and NZ due to people breaking the covid-19 rules; which has lead to the latest number of infected people being 825 for NSW, 81 for Victoria and 21 for NZ on the 21 August 2021 and these figures will continue to rise due to thousands of law breakers in NSW and victoria. Massive fines obviously DO NOT work; therefore; should these law breakers immediately go to jail until the daily numbers of infected people reach 3 consecutive days of "0" ? This would immediately stop them from spreading the virus if they are infected. IF they are just continuously fined they will just continue breaking the laws and spreading the virus |
