New State Gov Law - no dark roof tiles and blocks large enough to plant a tree. | ||

The trees is the issue that interests me. The information below, even though correct, I think it is very doubtful that too many trees will live long lives. They will most likely be planted by the developer, but am I correct in thinking that lots of people worry about ongoing problems with large trees in their yards ie plumbing costs roots in sewer lines and falling branches and therefore once the sale is complete the tree will be uprooted.
