| I was successful in winning 3 auctions for wine...two packs of 6 and one case of 12..after the auction I realised they had the wrong address..and told them...one six pack ending up arriving..the other two were sent to my previous address..when the postman met a large and aggressive dog..he left the parcels at the local post office...and after 10 days they were sent back to sender...while the original postage was laughable (at least twice the price of any other wine supplier)...they were going to send it off to right address and I wasn't asked for any money....they sent it to the wrong address again..and this time the big dog wasn't there..so they left the wine outside..I told them that they had done the same thing again...they said that they where escalating my issue...then they sent a third parcel to the wrong address...then gave me a full refund...and a $30 dollar voucher to buy new wine..the person who bought my old house has 4 cases of wine..that would have cost me $6 a bottle....buying a new case with their $30 discount...still works out to $6 a bottle..we are having an auction but you are going to pay $6 a bottle whatever you buy!...some wild buyer's fee and $23 charge for postage on a six pack of wine...I hope the wine is good! |
