| Does anyone have a Jitterbug cellphone and have issues with it. I bought one for my Mom who is 90 and blind. It was to have a speed dial and able to call through Alexa. Took me almost an hour and half with customer service to get it set up. Next day when I went to show Mom how to use it it said it wasn't set up. Once again called customer support. They said they are doing an update and it could be Dec before those features work again. Anyone else having problems? Bought it mainly for the Life Alert feature and now I don't feel it is realiable either. |
