Based on my own investigations; the Covid-19 first broke out in China in about September 2019 and began spreading into other countries about the same time. However, at that point in time, the health authorities in other countries did not know about covid-19 resulting in them treating patients for other conditions. Also at that stage, the people who died from covid-19 were listed as dying from other causes. It was in November 2019 the various world leaders discovered covid-19 in China and discovered that the covid-19 had reached their countries so the health authorities then knew what to look for, but too late it was out of control and rapidly spreading. At this point in time, most of Australia was dealing with severe bushfires. In March 2020 the WHO declared a Global Covid-19 pandemic. Around that same time, the bushfires across Australia were coming to an end, and to try to help businesses affected by those bushfires and KNOWING about the Covid-19 pandemic in the rest of the world, Scott Morrison then began inviting tourists from those infected countries into Australia. Then the covid-19 virus began reaching Australia via tourists, cruise, and cargo ships. China closed its borders by order of WHO in February or March 2020, being some 5 to 6 months after the pandemic broke out in China ( proving that the Chinese government deliberately wanted the virus to spread around the world because he knows many thousands of Chinese tourists travel to other countries, therefore if he wanted to contain the virus he would have closed their borders much quicker)... By this time over one million people had traveled from the infected part of China into various countries around the world. It is about this same time that Scott Morrison closed the Australian International borders, especially to China....BUT too late; the Covid-19 had already reached Australia.
