| Whether forecasting ... absolutely pointless | ||

| Looking at today's weather forecast for here: - according to Weather.com, it won't rain here until 12:15pm. - according to Weather.co.nz there's no rain until 9:00pm. Looking out the window right now (9:30am), it's pouring with rain and there are dark clouds everywhere. Why do they waste so much time and money on pointless weather forecasting that is rarely ever right?? (Even worse, New Zealand actually has *two* separate weather forecasting organisations both run by the government, so paid for from public taxes!) | ||
