| Has anyone else noticed how many surveys seem to have been put together by the company's work experience kid? Spelling errors in questions are a particular example that are all too frequent, but also lack of logic in either the wording of a question (questions with the word IF in them really bug me, because if the "if" is a no then I cannot accurately answer the question), or in the sequence of questions (example, answering "no" to "do you do X", then the next question starts "you said you do X ....". Goodness knows what they do with the survey results, because they cannot be reliable. |
