What a weird point system for surveys!
Chin C10-Sep-20 12:29 am
I recently started doing surveys on Rewardia again after stopping for at least 6 months in protest of their pathetic rewards for doing surveys. I have since discovered that you can be wise in choosing the surveys so you are compensated more fairly. I would only do surveys of certain colours because they are worth 1000 points each and it tells you the survey duration so if it says 30 minutes, I just ditched it - $1 for 30 minutes of work is not worth it. But if it says 10 minutes (or even 15), I m all in. So far it has been working well for me. Earned more than $20 in the last 10 days doing surveys that are of reasonable lengths. I do want to start a discussion because I don t understand why Rewardia has such a weird point system. I took a screenshot (but there s no option to show it here) of an Orange survey with the duration of 47 minutes and it s worth 189 points. How??? How can you pay someone less than $0.20 for nearly an hour s work!

Seems that Rewardia has wound back their points, doubt it's worth my time anymore.

Ive just come across the best mix Ive ever seen. file:///D:/Temp/rewardia%20(2).jpg - hopefully will be able to view this but if not 143 minutes for 1015 points. 21 minutes for 1010 points, 17 minutes 1010 points, 32 minutes for 1015 minutes and so on. Ridiculous system

I think that once you have answered a certain number of questions you should be awarded points. This would stop qualifying questions numbers being way over the top. Maybe 10 qualifying questions then either go on to survey or get ruled out. Just a thought.

Agree absolutely - just been phased out about 8 times after semi completing them - for a measly 20 points instead of the points offered . Do they have something against a 70 year old (and NOT a mouldy OLD 70) female living in Queensland?????

I just completed an identical survey that I did elsewhere this morning. I was paid $1.70 this morning but Rewardia only pays 241 points ($0.24). Just as well it’s a repeat so I spent half the amount of time that I did this morning.

I do all the surveys that I qualify for and I do them at telly time when the brain in recess so it cost me nothing....lol and the points pay for my book downloads....yay!!!

Fully agree with you - the thing that really bugs me is that sometimes you do a survey, complete all the the questions so that they have all your information then the site kicks you out and the survey says "closed by user" zero points awarded

The same thing just happened to me. Gone through pretty much the whole survey (supposed to be worth 1000 points). Was answering the demographic questions (a sign that you are on the home stretch) and boom, you didn’t qualify. It gave me 5 points instead ??????????????

Oh, this is a well known problem with Blue surveys for NZ members. Our development team work on this problem, Tane. Before we fix it, if you have a "Zip Code Problem", please choose any other survey color: Orange, Green, Purple, Red, Pink, Turquoise ... any of them

I laughed today when I saw a green survey of a total 52 points being available with an estimated time of 25minutes. That's about $05cents for approx a half an hour's time. I wonder if anyone actually completed it ???

Not me but there would be some desperate people out there who are happy to be taken advantage of.

Another shocking one I saw today - orange survey with the duration of 191 minutes for 372 points. Yes, 3 hours work for a humiliating $0.30!!!

At least with Rewardia there are usually a lot of surveys so you can be selective about which ones you choose. Some survey sites are lucky to have two surveys per week, and you are asked endless questions before you actually get to the survey - and are promptly screened out.

If you don't like it then don't do it. Simple. Bye bye.

try being aged 77 and enter surveys. once you become over 65, tough luck. i am luck to get i in 20 so really have to pick and choose. i do not think i have had a win with toluna surveys for the last 6 months. i have also had several that come back to me and ask if i have entered my age correctly. think about it

I do not worry i do them if they credit good if not oh well. And i get alot i cannot do since i have done them on other sites. There are only a few sites for surveys which site like Rewardia go through. One of them has point system. Which if i go below 90 your blocked or restricted. Every survey done though is +1 .
