Hey Guv...I think you should look at this...

Anyone who is truly sick of watching endless British police dramas...with their totally worn out and tiresome dialogue....might enjoy the first season of "a touch of cloth"...its on Prime I think...somebody had to do it...a dark satire....

Also...Constellation...on Apple TV...for anyone who wants to watch a challenging and intelligent Sci-Fi program..you would only normally find something like this on SBS

Anyone else who wants to join in please go ahead...the search function on these services is totally rubbish...they only want and need your preferences to sell elsewhere..and if you don't join in you get penalised...welcome to our future!..

        • Wow. Thanks. Another good TV series to add to the list. And available on Prime. Great! Suranne Jones is wonderful. Saw her in Vigil, Gentleman Jack and Scott and Bailey. Other TV shows I have found - 'the apple never falls', 'Blackshore', 'Boat Story', 'Boy swallows' universe' (read the book 1st), 'Cobra' (now SE3), 'Maryland' (Suranne Jones), 'masters of the air', 'Ripper Street', 'Scrublands', 'The Chelsea Detective', 'The Gentlemen' (watch the Guy Ritchie movie 1st), 'acceptable risk' (1st), then 'hidden assets' (2nd) 'marcella', 'high country' (still filming - finished by end of April) .... just to start with. Currently watching 'The Tunnel' and 'Population 11'

          • ive been watching the old CSI series when I watch tv, yes its a repetitive show doing the same things with a different story but at least the characters evolve there is a bit of a substory, did enjoy shows like bosch/ Yellowstone/

            • Oooh thanks for the recommendation... I have just started watching Constellation on Apple TV and I'm loving it! I agree... there is a lot of repetitive crap on the telly lately. My go to is Netflix as I've recently enjoyed a lot of foreign stuff which is quality viewing (if you don't mind sub titles)
